The objective of the Fund is to provide current income and gains with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Fund may invest at least 80 percent of its total assets in dividend paying common stock whose value is subject to covered written index call option that seeks to earn high levels of tax advantaged income and gains. The Fund intends initially to write call options on the S&P 500 Composite Stock Price Index and may also initially write call options on other domestic and foreign stock indices.
