The Fund is an investment holding entity created to invest substantially all of its assets in gold bullion, with the primary investment objective of achieving long-term appreciation in the value of its gold holdings. The objective of the Fund is to provide a secure, convenient, low cost exchange tradeable investment alternative for investors interested in holding gold bullion. Units are almost entirely backed by physical gold bullion. 90% of its assets may be invested in pure, refined gold bullion in bar form and such policy may only be amended by a resolution of the Unit holders.
