The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation through investments primarily in equity securities of Korean companies. Under normal conditions, the Fund will invest at least 65% of its total assets in equity securities of Korean companies. The Fund may not invest more than 20% of its total assets in rights or warrants to purchase equity securities. The Fund may also invest up to 35% of its total assets in non-convertible debt securities provided that the securities are rated BBB or better by Standard & Poor's Corporation or the equivalent from other rating organizations.
