The Fund seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of stocks of international small cap companies. The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the FTSE Global Small Cap ex US Index. The Index is designed to measure equity market performance of international small capitalization stocks. The Index may include 3,300 stocks of companies located in 47 countries including both developed and emerging markets.
